Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using OneGuard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're using OneGuard on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf.
Description of service
OneGuard provides cloud-hosted secrets management — an API and dashboard for storing, retrieving, and auditing access to encrypted secrets. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API tokens, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use OneGuard to store or transmit unlawful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data, or to interfere with the normal operation of the service.
Your data
Secrets you store in OneGuard remain yours. We do not access, use, or share the plaintext contents of your secrets except where necessary to provide support at your request, or where required by law.
Service availability
We aim to keep OneGuard available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned incidents may occasionally affect availability.
Fees and payment
The Starter tier is currently free to use. Business and Enterprise tiers are billed as agreed directly with you. We'll give you advance notice before any pricing changes take effect for your account.
Intellectual property
OneGuard and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Limitation of liability
OneGuard is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using OneGuard and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of OneGuard after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
